چکیده

Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common salivary gland tumor. also known as benign mixed Most commonly affected site parotid gland. It may occur in other major glands (submandibular and sublingual glands), lacrimal minor glands. arises a painless, firm swelling, slowly growing oral cavity. triphasic tumor that occurs epithelial, myoepithelial, chondromyxoid stroma. Complete surgical resection with negative margins main treatment method adenoma, insufficient for causes local recurrence.It an entity should be considered cavity lesions. Here, cases of maxillary localization are mentioned.
